At Vinificant, we are committed to providing high-quality products and prioritising customer satisfaction.

Please note that the natural ageing and maturation process of wines and spirits is beyond our control. As such, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for wines that are corked, tainted, or affected by other natural conditions. Additionally, we do not assume responsibility for individual preferences regarding taste or drinkability.

All purchases are made at the buyer’s own risk, and sales are considered final upon confirmation.

We kindly request that customers inspect their orders immediately upon receipt. Should there be any missing, wrong and/or damaged items with your order, please inform the delivery person and contact us via email at sales@vinificant.com within 48 hours of the delivery so we may assist you promptly.
