Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with us! Below you’ll find everything you need to know about our delivery process. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us at sales@vinificant.com.

All deliveries are completed within 1–2 hours from our storage facility in our carton boxes, ensuring your wines remain in optimal condition.

📦 Processing Times

• All orders are processed within 1-2 business days, based on cut-off timing.

• If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, deliveries may be delayed. We’ll notify you via email if your order is affected.

• We currently only offer delivery services within Singapore. If you are based overseas, please drop us an email via Sales@Vinificant.com with your contact details, delivery address, list of wines and quantity required and we can provide an overseas shipping & delivery quotation to you.

🚚 Delivery Cut-Off Times and Fees

• Standard Delivery (within 2-3 days): 

  • Enjoy free standard delivery for orders above SGD $400. For orders below SGD $400, a standard delivery fee of SGD $40 will apply.

  • For orders placed before 3:00 PM Singapore time will be processed for next business day delivery before 7:00pm.

• Urgent Next Day Delivery (excluding Sunday): 

  • For orders placed after 3:00 PM Singapore time, but requiring next day delivery before 7:00pm. 

  • An urgent delivery fee of SGD $60 will apply.

• Urgent Same Day Delivery (excluding Saturday & Sunday): 

  • For same-day delivery on a business day only, orders must be placed before preferred delivery time slot (subjected to availability and destination) for same day delivery before 7:00pm.

  • An urgent delivery fee of SGD $80 will apply.
