The 2009 vintage at Château Prieuré-Lichine is a remarkable expression of the warmth, generosity, and elegance that define one of Bordeaux’s greatest modern vintages. Following harvest, the grapes were sorted meticulously before fermentation in temperature controlled vats. The wine was aged for approximately 16 months in French oak barrels, around half of which were new, allowing complexity and structure to develop while preserving the elegance of the fruit.

In the glass, the 2009 Château Prieuré-Lichine displays a deep ruby purple color with impressive intensity.
