Une Longue Escapade 2016 is Harlin Père et Fils’ vintage Champagne from a journey across the estate’s terroirs of Tours-sur-Marne, Épernay and Mareuil-le-Port. The wine is composed in equal parts of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, grown on an equal mix of sandy and chalk soils.

Harlin describes Une Longue Escapade as rich, elegant and intense. The 2016 was bottled on 23 February 2017 and disgorged in July 2023. It is finished as an Extra Brut with a dosage of 4 g/L with a limited production of only 3,904 bottles,

The estate positions this vintage cuvée naturally at the table, particularly for gastronomic dinners and more intimate occasions. Its equal Chardonnay and Pinot Noir blend and extended cellar ageing place it apart from Harlin’s Meunier-led non-vintage expressions.
